Despite the prestigious address, the original apartment was just plain vanilla, a 1980s box with no architectural features – no clearly defined living or dining area and no foyer. But it has a great view! Each client handles a design project in his or her own way. Some enjoy, and have the time, to be involved step-by-step, while others leave the decisions to Keogh. This client lives abroad and was comfortable with delegating all design decisions. This presented a different design challenge. Keogh would work on this project for long periods in between contact with the client. Fortunately when the client walked in the door to her new apartment, she loved it!
