Project Details

In a co-op or condo apartment, the designer never starts with an empty page. The clients and Keogh clicked from their very first meeting. While Keogh was hired initially for a paint job and some furniture, as they walked through the apartment, and tried small ‘fixes,’ it became apparent that this apartment had to be done right. This apartment had an awkward entrance, strangely-aligned soffits throughout, and low ceilings. The project developed into a full-blown renovation, and one the clients have not regretted for one minute.
